Young at Heart Resources requests proposals for nutrition services throughout the 18-county planning and service area for the period July 1st, 2023, through June 30th, 2024, with an option to extend.
Contracts are procured through a competitive process. Applicants may be contacted for additional information or presentation while proposals are reviewed. Those interested in submitting a proposal may attend our RFP conference and have their questions answered. The nutrition RFP SFY24 Conference will be held at 10:00 am on February 28, 2023, at First Baptist Church 202 E Ford St, Cameron MO. Please RSVP by February 24th by calling 660-240-9400 or by emailing Linda at lwilliams@yahresources.org. Lunch will be provided.
All Requests for Proposal (RFP) should be clearly marked, on the outside of the envelope, “Request for Proposal SFY 2024.” Two (2) complete Requests for Proposal must be submitted. One complete, typed, or printed original must be submitted with original signatures and one copy. The proposals need to be tabbed to identify the various sections and are due to Young at Heart Resources, 809 N 13th St Albany, MO 64402, or 1304 North Walnut, Suite 150, Cameron, MO 64429, by 2:30 p.m. March 31, 2023.
Young at Heart Resources envisions the submissions to be a mix of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses and organizations that have experience in the preparation and delivery of high-quality nutritious meals.
