The Missouri Senior Resource Line is a service of the Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Senior and Disability Services, in partnership with the Missouri Association of Area Agencies on Aging, to connect older adults to (among other things) local attorneys who provide legal assistance for seniors and their caregivers. The resource line provides information and assistance on power of attorney, guardianship, living wills, advance directives, wills, trusts, and other civil legal issues. The helpline does not help with criminal cases, fee-generating cases, imprisonment, or municipal/traffic cases.
