Yoga is a fantastic way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Learn breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques to improve relaxation, reduce stress, increase pain management, and sleep better. Classes are gentle and designed to be accessible for older adults and people with arthritis. We will explore a variety of chair options and props, so everyone can enjoy the practice of yoga. Classes are offered Tuesday & Thursday, 2 – 3 PM (CST), August 5th – September 30th. There is no cost to participate and anyone can join regardless of location, so invite your friends and family nationwide!
