Young at Heart Resources is accepting requests for qualifications for in-home services throughout the 18-county planning and service area for the period July 1st, 2021, through June 30th, 2022.
Applicants may be contacted for additional information or presentation while proposals are reviewed.
All Requests for Proposals for Qualifications (RFQ) should be clearly marked, on the outside of the envelope, “Request for Qualification SFY 2022.” Please do NOT print back to back. One complete, typed, or printed original must be submitted with original signatures. The proposals need to be tabbed to identify the various sections, and are due to Young at Heart Resources, 1304 North Walnut, Suite 150, Cameron, MO 64429, by 2:30 p.m. June 18, 2021.
