Today’s post features Hansi Trites.
Hansi has been with Young at Heart Resources for about 6 years.
She’s one of our care coordinators, which means she determines if clients are eligible for our various in-home programs and/or state assistance, and then facilitates connection to those services. Her favorite part of her job is hearing about our clients’ lives.
“So many interesting facets, whether in reference to their previous employment or current hobbies,” says Hansi. “Their stories never cease to amaze me.”
She enjoys building relationships with our clients, and hopes to age just as gracefully as they do.
