Volunteers from Group 1 and Group 2 with Young at Heart Resources’ Give 5 Program celebrated completing their 4 hour training. Volunteers heard from several St. Joseph area non-profit organizations, including Mayor John Josendale. Volunteers were able to learn of the diverse opportunities available to them as well as the need for volunteers. We are so proud of this exceptional group of people who are engaging, supporting and improving their community. We thank all the non-profits who gave of their time to meet with the groups and share their stories. We look forward to expanding next year and providing more meaningful experiences for everyone involved.
